WAIVER OF LIABILITY

I hereby indemnify and release The Canine Clique, LLC, its employees, owners, and affiliations from any and all liability of any nature, for injury or damage that I; my pet(s); members of my family or a third party may suffer, including specifically, but not limited to, any injury or damage resulting from the action or inaction of my pet(s), or from the action or inaction of The Canine Clique, LLC, its employees, owners, and affiliations, whether arising from negligence or any other reason or cause whatsoever. I acknowledge that dogs can and will defend themselves with their claws, teeth, body strength and other means necessary, resulting in damage or injury to myself, my pet(s), my family, and third parties. I expressly assume the risk of any such damage or injury while participating in training with The Canine Clique, LLC, and any related training events thereafter.

In the unlikely event of a medical emergency, CPR or other first aid may be administered by The Canine Clique, LLC on my pet(s) as temporary care only, and professional veterinary care should be sought immediately. I understand that CPR and other first aid administered by The Canine Clique, LLC does not guarantee saving the life of my pet(s), and could result in permanent injury or death.

I understand that The Canine Clique, LLC does not promise to solve or curtail my pet’s behavior. I agree to take all possible safety measures recommended by my trainer.

I understand that I may postpone any of the lessons provided twenty-four hours notice is given to The Canine Clique, LLC. I understand and agree that failure to give the The Canine Clique, LLC twenty-four hours notice of a lesson cancellation will result in a $25 cancellation charge, which must be paid prior to the next lesson.
5.
I understand that The Canine Clique, LLC can terminate services at any time if my pet poses a health or safety risk against The Canine Clique, LLC, its employees, or affiliations.

I understand that failure to cancel lessons at least 24 hours in advance will result in a $25 fee, which must be paid prior to or at the next scheduled lesson. I further understand that all lessons must be rescheduled within 6 months of date of registration. No refunds will be issued if unable to schedule within that time frame. Furthermore, no refunds will be issued after the first lesson. I understand that email and phone support expire one year after date of registration.
7.
I understand that The Canine Clique, LLC will not use aversive equipment or techniques. These include, but are not limited to, choke chains, prong collars, electric collars, spray collars, shake cans, physical force, yelling, and leash jerking or popping. I agree to not use any piece of equipment or technique that might be considered an aversive during my course of training with The Canine Clique, LLC, which includes times in between training sessions. If I do use an aversive piece of equipment or technique during my course of training, The Canine Clique, LLC has the right to cancel all further training sessions without issuing a refund.
I hereby certify that my pet(s) is/are in good health and has/have not been ill with any communicable condition in the last 30 days. I certify that I have disclosed any known allergies (food or otherwise) my pet(s) may have, and understand that The Canine Clique, LLC will not be responsible for any reactions to food or environment that were unknown or not disclosed at the time of training. I further certify that I have disclosed to The Canine Clique, LLC any and all signs of aggressive or threatening behavior exhibited by my pet(s) towards any person or animal.
